Anyone else love a good potluck? It’s such a good way to have a big meal without making a ton of food yourself. Plus I’m the worst at making vegetables so I can bring a big dessert and someone else can be in charge of the healthy stuff.
I’m pretty lucky in that I don’t have any dietary restrictions (okay, maybe I can’t handle too much baked brie in one sitting but I feel like that’s a given). When I’m baking for myself I don’t have to think too much about what’s going into my food but I’m realizing that as I get older, a lot more people I meet and befriend are not so lucky.
One of my besties just found out that she can’t eat eggs or dairy (sorry Steph) so I’ve been thinking a lot about fun recipes that she might be able to enjoy. Once I started down the dark hole of Foodgawker recipe searching, I couldn’t stop. In an effort to make all those hours seem productive, I’m sharing all of my findings with you all!
